We proudly offer limited warranty coverage on eligible products purchased directly from FLOGUOR.


Warranty Coverage Period

Chairs

(Floor Chairs, Gaming Chairs, Office Chairs, Dining Chairs)

1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage includes defects in:

  • Structural frames
  • Reclining mechanisms
  • Swivel bases
  • Footrests
  • Hardware and workmanship issues under normal residential use

Sofas & Modular Furniture

(Cloud Sofas, Modular Sofas, Compression Sofas, Loveseats, Sofa Beds)

3-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage includes:

  • Structural defects
  • Frame-related issues
  • Foam expansion abnormalities
  • Cushion manufacturing defects
  • Zipper and stitching defects caused by manufacturing issues

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Examples include:

  • Recliner mechanism failure
  • Structural frame defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Manufacturing stitching defects
  • Non-human-caused product defects

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric wrinkles, foam softening, or natural settling
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, improper care, or commercial use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper assembly damage
  • Cosmetic wear after regular use
  • Color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging damage

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Warranty Claims

To file a claim, contact:

  • Description of the problem

Claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.


Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, FLOGUOR may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Partial replacement
  • Full replacement
  • Store credit
  • Another appropriate solution

Warranty resolutions are provided at FLOGUOR’s discretion.


Additional Terms

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered.
