We proudly offer limited warranty coverage on eligible products purchased directly from FLOGUOR.
Warranty Coverage Period
Chairs
(Floor Chairs, Gaming Chairs, Office Chairs, Dining Chairs)
1-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage includes defects in:
- Structural frames
- Reclining mechanisms
- Swivel bases
- Footrests
- Hardware and workmanship issues under normal residential use
Sofas & Modular Furniture
(Cloud Sofas, Modular Sofas, Compression Sofas, Loveseats, Sofa Beds)
3-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage includes:
- Structural defects
- Frame-related issues
- Foam expansion abnormalities
- Cushion manufacturing defects
- Zipper and stitching defects caused by manufacturing issues
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Examples include:
- Recliner mechanism failure
- Structural frame defects
- Hardware malfunctions
- Manufacturing stitching defects
- Non-human-caused product defects
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric wrinkles, foam softening, or natural settling
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, improper care, or commercial use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper assembly damage
- Cosmetic wear after regular use
- Color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of packaging damage
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Warranty Claims

Claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, FLOGUOR may offer:

Warranty resolutions are provided at FLOGUOR’s discretion.
Additional Terms
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered.
