Shipping Information

FLOGUOR operates two shipping warehouses within the United States. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, ensuring that all products are delivered swiftly, securely, and in top condition.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all our products are shipped directly from our local warehouse in Jurupa Valley, California via FedEx.


Free Shipping

Within the United States, FLOGUOR offers free shipping on all orders shipped to the U.S. mainland. There is no minimum purchase required.

  • International Shipping: Service to other countries is not yet available—stay tuned!

  • Sales Tax: Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and local regulations. If no taxes are displayed at checkout, FLOGUOR will cover the applicable sales tax for your order.


Shipping Schedule

Orders placed within the following timeframes will be dispatched on the same business day:

Day Order Cut-off Time (EST)
Monday – Thursday Before 8:00 PM
Friday Before 10:00 PM

All other orders will be shipped on the following business day.

Note: For orders exceeding 10 items, we will make every effort to ship them the same day. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding any potential delays for bulk orders.

Delivery Methods

Our free shipping service is fulfilled by FedEx.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Bulk Orders: If you order more than 10 items, we may utilize LTL (truck) shipping.

  • Expedited Requests: If you need your order urgently, please email us at service@floguor.com. We will do our best to meet your deadline.


Tracking Your Order

Once your item has shipped, the tracking number will be displayed under your Order Information. You can track your package in two ways:

  1. My Orders: Click the "My Orders" tab to view all orders and tracking info for estimated delivery dates.

  2. Order Tracking: Click the "Order Tracking" tab within Customer Service to see detailed shipping updates.


FAQ

1. Does FLOGUOR accept returns?

Yes. Please refer to our "Returns and Refunds" page for detailed information.

2. How do I change my shipping address?

Please provide your new address via our live chat or by emailing service@floguor.com. If the order has not yet shipped or is not yet in the final stages of transit, we will update the address for you.

3. Why is my tracking information not updating?

Due to high demand, FedEx may experience occasional delays in scanning or transit. Most orders still arrive on time. Please check your status frequently for the latest updates.

4. Can I delay my delivery date?

Absolutely. Please contact us via chat or email (service@floguor.com) to let us know your preferred delivery window, and we will schedule the shipment accordingly.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

All FLOGUOR furniture is shipped directly from our warehouse in original, unopened packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit, contact us at service@floguor.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

6. What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Please check around your entrances, porch, or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at service@floguor.com for assistance.
