Returns & Refunds Policy
At Floguor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t quite fit your space, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful return, please make sure:
- The item is in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unassembled).
- The item is in its original packaging.
- All tags, instructions, and hardware kits are included.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), Floguor will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Change of mind): For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Given the size and weight of furniture, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to items returned without original packaging or in used condition.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at service@floguor.com.
- Provide your Order Number and Photos of the item and its packaging.
- Returns are generally processed at our California facility: 10385 SAN SEVAINE WAY STE A, JURUPA VALLEY, CA 91752. Exact fulfillment warehouse address will be confirmed upon return authorization.

Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and the specific address of our fulfillment warehouse.
- Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Damages and Issues (Crucial for Furniture)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours.
- To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the outer box (showing the shipping label) and the damaged part of the product. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale items or gift cards.
- Products damaged due to improper assembly, handling, or human error after delivery.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same "original condition" and packaging requirements apply.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If more than 12 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@floguor.com.
