They are very comfortable, yet my love seat did not inflate all the way, so it is not as full as the chairs. We kept it because it just seemed like a hassle to return, it yet this is an issue.

Our compressed sofas are carefully tested and monitored for quality before shipment. Because they are vacuum-compressed for shipping, it can take some time for the foam to fully recover. They typically expand enough for normal use within about 72 hours, while allowing 7–10 days for full recovery to reach their intended shape and fullness.
